  • Yes — cats and dogs are both welcome at Mill + Miss; breed restrictions apply.

    Mill + Miss even has an on-site dog park and a dog wash station, so your pet is as well taken care of as you are. Two pets per unit with each pet weight limited at 50 lbs. 

    • Non-Refundable Pet Cleaning Fee $200/Each

    • Deposit $350/Each

    • Pet Rent $35/Each

  • Yes, underground, surface-level garage, and surface-level lot parking are available. Bike storage is also found on site.

    • Surface-Level Garage: $75/Month

    • Underground Parking: $125/Month (EV Charging Available)

    • Application Fee: $45

    • Non-Refundable Carpet Clean/Paint Touch-Up Fee:

      • 1BR: $250

      • 2BR: $300

      • 3BR: $350

    • Security Deposit: $500

    • Optional Storage Lockers: $75/Month

    • Renters’ Insurance Required: $100,000 Liability Coverage Minimum
